What can cause my ac/heat fuse to blow?

What can cause my ac/heat fuse to blow?
I was driving to sonic for lunch when my fuse poped. :angry: I checked all the wires on the fuse box and the wires on the blower motor and they were good. Can a bad blower motor cause it to blow, cause mine's been making a loud thump,thump,thump when it first starts up. Thanks, Mike

You got it Mike. The blower motor sounds like it's gone. Either that or something is jammed in the blower compartment locking up the motor which will pop the fuse.
