I'm having trouble with my headlights. Usually you can turn the foglights/parking lights on and the headlights stay down. Now if you turn on the parking lights the headlights raise up but don't actually come on. So now I can't run with just the fog lights on. Anybody else had this problem??

Your headlight switch is probably bad. Replace it.

 

symptoms described are consistent with a defective headlight door module. a new module is a little under $200 from the dealer.
