Okay first off I have a 89 camaro that was originally TPI,it also has vats.Last year I removed the ECM,installed a Tec 2 and moved the battery to the trunk.Here is my problems.I put power to the battery and am getting power to my distribution block in my engine bay which powers my fans,Tec 2,Alky injection.But I have no power inside the car,not even in acc key mode.I have removed the dash cluster because i am awaiting an aftermarket dash gauge plate to hold Autometer gauges,and I have removed the ecm a long time ago.For all those who know pretty well about the Gm C100 harness that comes out of the drivers side fire wall please help.The big red wire (dont know letter and # of hand )hooks up to the starter and then runs inside the car to the igniton key,this is where the power stops I suppose after this the whole car should be powered,does this have something to do with Vats?From me removing the ECM?Any help appreciated.

Okay olved one problem.The C100 harness wasnt bolted up.But car still has no power to starter.WHat gives does Vats have something to do with it?
