VATS Module - Where is it?

Engine: 350 TPI /w Procharger P1SC
Transmission: TH700R4 with Transgo shiftkit
Axle/Gears: 2.77 Borg Warner
VATS Module - Where is it?
Where is the VATS module located on an '89 IROC?
I have reason to belive mine just took a dump on me, now the question is, where do I find the VATS module on an '89 IROC?
I'll probably need to bypass is temporarily until I get a new one, don't think my local dealer even knows what a VATS module is
I live in Sweden.....

But can anyone tell me a company that sell VATS modules that will ship overseas? If I want to buy it from the local dealer here he wants $360 for a VATS module
