I recently took my bottom dash area apart to trace a interior ACC wire problem that kept blowing fuses. Now that I have found the wire that has been shorting I repluged in all my wire harnesses in the stering columb and found that I cannot start the car. All my dash lights apear and my gagues flux when I accel the ignition switch..but it acts as tho I do not have the newtral switch engaged. I have checked all fuses and they are fine...the starter advances when it is arked at the terminals....but I still cannot find my problem. My alarm has been disconnected and reconnceted and I have reset the PASS system by disconnecting the battery several times....any ideas!??
