what amp alternator?

Its an 87 iroc w/ 305 tpi. they say 105, I thought the came with a 140 amp? THanks

It came with the 105. I just had mine rebuilt to 140 amps for around $175. Maybe pricey, I don't know, but I was in a hurry to fix it.

ok, I was just under the impression that they came with 140amp alternators. Beer + bull****ters= where he hell did I get that from. Thanks for the reply!
