I keep blowing the instrument cluster fuse that controls the courtesy lights, Shifter light, A/C control lights and my steering wheel lights. For some weird reason these lights would come on if the key was in the "on" position (then the fuse will blow) instead of coming on when the parking/headlight switch is on. What is causing this backward operation?
