I don't know what's wrong can someone help. the rear lights work, but when I put on the brakes the lights don't get brighter and the third brake light doesn't come on. Th reverse lights don't work either. I've looked at the wiring diagrams and couldn't make any sense out of it, it was a bit confusing. I suspect relays.Please someone help.

ok, looking at about 4 different sets of winring diagrams I see that there are no relays but a brake switch. that may fix the brake problem. as for the reverse lights, maybe a ground? Any info would be appreciated.

 

ok guys, update: got the brake lights working, it was the fuse(though I didn't see one blown last night, must have overlooked it). The backup lights-I think it's either the ground or the backup switch. what do you think?
