smoked a wiring loom....

l dropped a wiring loom on the headers and l burned the wire to the fan which l connected to the blower motor for fan control. after the wire had been smoked the car shut off, now it doesnt have power to certain things. l think it mightve, or another wire mightve shorted the ignition switch. heres a list of things that work and things that don't. can anyone help me out?

things that work
horn, lights, dash lights, headlights, and the dome light

things that don't work
radio, guages, turn signals, brake lights, reverse lights, hazards ignition chime. anyone know my problem? BTW l checked all fuses, theyre all golden.... can't figure it out.

anyone that can help would be great, thanks a lot.

yeah its a positive, but its still intact, if it wouldve burnt and not caused a short, the fan would be the only thing not working.... its burnt, but still conducts electricity.

theres still voltage to the starter, and after the starter, but more than half of the fuses under the fuse panel have no voltage to them, the rest have 12.3 volts. l checked the wires for voltage right before the wires go through the fire wall and don't know what could've possibly blown inside the dash. Is there a fusible link inside the dash that could've blown? l can't figure it out.

any additional help would be greatly appreciated.
