OK i have checked my fuse and yes it was blowen so i replaced it and it blew right away and again and again i have put so meny damn fuse's in that thing and have no idea what the problem is i cant find a shorted wire eather so i have no ****in cue plz Help any one.

 

there has got to be a short somewhere. you need to get a wiring diagram and check all the wiring on that circuit.i'm pretty sure this wire is orange and it goes all over the place

 

Make sure some loose change hasn't fallen down in you cig lighter. Also pull the radio and see if that stops it, there is a slim chance +12v constant is somehow grounding against the radio chassis causing the problem.
As jw said, something on the ACC circuit is causing a short making it blow fuses.
