Crazy-*** Request

What would it take (seriously), to set a 3rd Gen to say "Hello, Micheal", or any other sound clip from Knight Rider upon starting up the car? getting the dash lights would also be great.....

Well, I'm betting it wouldnt be too hard. I bet Radio Shack has some kind of voice recorder that you could record that sound onto, then have it wired to some kind of circuit that enabled when the car was turned on, then shut off. Sounds like a cool idea.

you can probably get all the required parts to make the KITT style light at Radio Shack also. Let us know if it works out.

I've made the "Knight Rider" front light bar for a buddies Integra. I took the third brake light off of his old spoiler(all LED's)
and added a pulse unit to it, kinda like the ones you see on alarm light bars. It looked awesome.

Actually, I saw an article...in Maxim, i think, about how to make the "t.v" cars; the General Lee, Starsky and Hutch's Dodge, and, of course, K.I.T.T. I will look and see if I have the issue.

A guy in our local car club has a replica of the KITT car that he made himself. TONS of LED's and he has a TV in the car and all kinds of stuff. Its awesome.
