hatch motor wiring please help
im having a problem with my hatch motor my old one broke because i broke it by taking the motor apart so i got a whole new system from someone off of there car i put it in but i cant get it to work the sulonide that pops the trunk from inside works but when i hit the switch to pop it i hear a buzzing sound coming from under neath the staering wheel were the fuse box is and non of the fuses are blown i cheaked. i conected the power plug for the motor.......the red/white one to the blue one and i conected the ground wire for the sulonide to the solonide and to the body and alos the ground wire from the little black box with all the wires coming out of it.............there is this one wire that is whit and has a little black plastic peace on the end of it.....it is not attached to anything.............is it suposed to be? can u help me with what the problem might be? the actual motor doesnt do anything doesnt even seem like its geting any power at all

I've already e-mailed you the schematic and test procedures from the Camaro Service Manual. You need to check that you have +12v at the red/white wire with a test light or multi-meter. The hatch release solenoid is powered by a separate circuit and fuse than the hatch pull-down unit.
