Taillilght probelms

Hey Everyone,
I am having a problem with my taill lights. The headlight switch shorted out last week and I replaced. Now i do not have tail lights or guage lights at all. I have back up lamps and flashers working. Headlights both work properly. I also have the interior lights working properly. Where should I start next. I still have to check my brake lights But I think they are out as well. Looked at the fuse box and pulled a 30 amp fuse from the connection an replaced it with a 20 which is what it is asking for. All the bulbs check out good so far. All my other fuses are good but still replaced em anyways.

Thanks
Sean Wolff

Another small item about the switch

Apparently there are two borwn wires going in to the headlight switch? Are they both for the same thing or are they forr different functions?

Thanks
Sean
