Cruise control not working?
My 87 camaro cruis control is not workin, when i bought it it did not work, hoever it has the unit and all, just dont work, what do i check to see what i need to do to it? and how do i fix it haha, im stupid at mechanic stuff, and any help will help, thanks
I'm trying to find out the same info here-but I have an 89 Formula with LB9 motor. let me know if you fiond anything out-jimi_76@hotmail.com
Had the same problem with mine, checked everything and it turned out to be the vacuum hose that goes to the Brake Pedal Switch/Valve at the top of the brake pedal, it had worked its way loose so i re conected it and what d ya know?, It worked again.
The wires that run into the turn signal stalk on the steering column often break on older general motors products. I've got a couple "pre-owned" spares around if you need one, they list for close to $100 at the dealer.
