Where are ECM ground wires?
I just replaced my stock exhaust manifolds with headers and now I am getting "ERROR 34." I remember taking what looked like a ground wire off the rear manifold bolt on the passenger side of the 305 TPI motor. Could that be? The MAF is a very expensive item, could there be any other reason for the error?
Thanks,
Ben

alrighty...
thanks,
I will do that right away. It is a pure braided wire, I should have figured. It was on the charger when I tried to start it.....damn.....
Alright, now all the error codes are gone before startup but once I start the motor, the codes go crazy, is that also a product of a bad ground?
PS> who-ever said that for the computer to be reset, disconnect from battery AT LEAST 30 seconds, THANKS! I only did it for 5 and it never cleared the codes.
Thanks, Ben
