hi, i have a 86 trans and i am having a huge problem with my fuses. My horn/interior lights fuse keeps blowing. This is the problem, i'll replace that fuse with the car off and everything will work for 5 seconds until it blows. Then i tried to replace the fuse when the car was at idle, and it seems as if its draining the engines power until the fuse blows. please help me thanks.
