blown fuse

hi, i'm having a problem with my fuse to my horn/dome lights, it keeps blowing, every 3 seconds after i replace it, it blows, any ideaas? help me please thanks.

Something is drawing too much current on that circuit. Look for a short somewhere, like a penny in the lighter socket or somthing.
