my headlights on my 86 firebird go down, but not up and both sides ..... someone told me this is the "relays"...... where are these located, and where do i go to get new ones.... thanks.

 

The two motor relays are on the inner fender wall near the strut towers. One is on each side. The Headlight Motor Isolation relay is on the passenger side radiator baffle. The motor relays are about $12-$15 and can be found at most p[arts stores. The Isolation relay costs about $25 and can be found only at the dealer.
