A little fuse help?

Yeah, so, my car go broken into last week Well...not really broken into....more like...opened my unlocked door....

Anyway.... the @#$%#$'s stole my radio. Only a $100 WalMart deal, but...it's the principal... Unfortunately, they were rather overambitious, and decided to rip the car side of the wiring harness as well, so I was left with a crapload of bare wires. At some point, the vibrations made them short out, and blew a fuse (I think). So, now I have no horn, dome lights, power locks, and those lights by your feet. However, I do have ashtray light, guage lights, and all that. So, looking in my Haynes manual, I discovered that all those other things run off the "ACC" fuse. Well, when I look in my fuse panel, all the lettering is pretty much worn out, so I can't decide the exact fuse it should be, and taking them all out, I couldn't see any fuses that were blown (visual check only, no meter testing). I was wondering if anyone knows what fuse it should be, what amp rating (cuz mine seem to be all screwed up....) and possibly a map to the fuse?

Thanks for the help guys...

PS:

My friend knows who currently has it, and is working on who stole it in the first place. They were also rather stupid thieves....they left the $500 dollar digital camera in the backseat... who does that? Also, a lesson learned...lock your doors, even in the quiet neighborhood in which you live...
