the wire connecting to the inside of me cruise control handle somehow broke in half i do i take the handle off if i can and put in back together while i am at it my turn signal won't stay up when i turn left i don't know how to fix it do i have to take the steering column apart??

please help

the turn signal lever's spring is most likely broken.. so you could replace that while you're doing the cruise control wire..
