oil pressure sending units

on electric units are the spade terminal connector type ones for lights- and the round threaded stud connector type ones for guages- or is it other way around ?

thanks

There were 2 styles for the gauge, the 2nd style was in the oil pressure switch, the 1st, which I have, is hard to see but, this is the sender for the gauge that you'll most likely want...

deadbird's looks like the small style one, the trucks and such i know use alot bigger of one, but they are electric with guages too after about '77

theres got to be some way of knowing what size and connection type is for guages or lights, ive got millions of units laying around but no clue what they are for, some are spade and some are post and some are bigger and some are smaller. apparently third gen F body used smaller spade ones.

hmm,.,
