I used a test light into the module - fine. Out of the module had juice. At the connection to the motor one male tab had juice, the other didn't (I assume this is the ground and not supposed to light the tester). It was the same on both sides. All my lights work perfectly, but the headlights don't move at all. No turning sounds at all - nothing. What else can I check before I assume the motors are shot. I just rebuilt them so I know the bushings are OK. Whatever the problem is, it seems like it is from the motor itself. What are the common pitfals when rebuilding the motor?
