only thing to mess with (other then removing EFI wires) is there is a starter enable relay inside the drivers side kick panel(inside car, to left of drivers feet), it is behind some black gooey s***, you will need to jump/bypass it to work the starter

you need to cross the yellow wires with the green one

I forgot, you will also need to bypass the computer control of the fuel pump relay

here is the fuel pump relay, it is the square one

on the fuel pump relay, you need to cut the dark green w/white stripe and the black w/white stripe, then, run the black/white wire to ground and the green/white one you need to hook to a 12v source that is hot when the key is on ONLY!, leave the relay in place and your pump will energize when the key is on

all depends on how far you go. if you take the ECM out then it may not let the car crank, some do some dont. other than that it should be ok because you dont care about the fuel enable seeing as how youll need a mechanical pump for the carb and the distributor will need changed so you will be able to get spark with the new one.

Dang. I didn't do any of that stuff and my swap works just fine.

Of course, I left the computer and wiring intact so as to eliminate future problems.

Aite ive set everything up, except for I havent attached my ignition cable to the + on my mallory coil because well...I donno which one my ignition cable is lol. Im not 100 percent but I remember on my old coil it was one side HEI and the other side had like an electrical outlet that you see on the wall in your house. Just smaller. When i swapped my distributor and coil one of those just came off because its a new distributor and coil and didnt need it anymore. The other i just unplugged and its sitting there. One Red and One White Wire, donno if its that at all so could please somebody show me where the ignition wire is so i can plug it up 2 my new coil. Thank you.
