OK I did something really dumb need help!

I got my motor out and have it rigged to use jumper cable to a batt to put pwr on the car to test stuff.
WELL I crossed the leads.. I know,I know, "crossing the streams is bad"

OK I don't have a check eng ot VATS light with key on anymore.
SO before I tear in to it.. IDEAS?
Has anyone else delt with this and can give me an idea what I should trouble-shoot? Or start to? I hope the fuses caught it but I think I prob fried the ECM and VATS mod.
