I have a 91RS with a 3.1, since I bought it there has been a jumper wire on the harness that goes into the relay for the blower motor and the cooling fan. After looking at the harness and seeing that it is burnt and is now no good, I replaced it with one I pulled from a wreched car. I installed the new harness hooked everything up but still can't get the blower motor or the cooling fan to work properly. Also there is no power at the fuse panal for the a/c or the cooling fan. PLEASE HELP
