Ecm!!
Ok guys,
Here's one I betcha hav'nt heard before.
I just replaced the dash in my 92 RS that I'm restoring. Now,
this car has been wrecked on the passenger side door and I want you to keep that in mind.
Ok, the circuit the controls the injectors has somehow gone to ground and as a result, now continuously sprays my intake and has hydrolocked my engine.
I'm fairly certain that as a result of the dash replacement and the fact that the plastic ECM housing was damaged, that when I pulled the dash apart something came loose and the ECM is now toast.
Here's the question:
How do I determine if the ECM is actually the cause before I go and spend the money to replace something that may or may not be broke.
Any and all help with this will be greatly appreciated.
