LS1 harness vs LB9 harness

Engine: LS1
Transmission: 4L60E
Axle/Gears: 3.23 10 Bolt
LS1 harness vs LB9 harness
when swapping in an LS1 what mods have to be done to either harness to have it all work. i want to keep my vats and SES light. is the LB9s engine harness seperate from the rest of the cars harnesses, the lights for instance? i will be using ALL autometer gauges so im not worried about that. is it possible to use the whole 4th gen harness or what.

Axle/Gears: Weak 7.5 with 4.10s
I can't help with the LS1 part, but the engine harness is seperate from the rest of the car. The headlight harness will remain uncut and unaffected in the swap. The connection for vats and ses are under the dash. I do believe tha LS1 use a different version of vats than third gens. I hope this helps.
