Wiring to/from the rear solenoid and pull-down
I was installing some 6x9's today and I noticed some garbage from the previous owner.
There'd always been two 12 gauge wires coming into the engine bay, and I traced them back, all the way to the rear trunk compartment, underneath the side panels.
I removed all the 12 gauge wire and their "negative" mates from a ground location.
Upon inspection, it looks as though my car may have come from the factory with the hatch remote pulldown. I was unaware of this until today.
I'm in need of pictures of the rear hatch solenoid and the like IN THE CAR. I need pics of the wiring.
Mine appears to have been HACKED to bits. My remote pulldown is destroyed and therefore in need of replacement. I'd like to see where all these connectors go, as none of the ones in my car have a "mate".
ANYWAY, thanks.
