Need Help w/ Toggle Switch on Neons

Can anyone explain in short detail howq to hook up a simple toggle switch to where I can turn my neons on/off from inside my car? Thanx

Transmission: 700r4

Axle/Gears: ?

all you would do is take either the + or - that goes to your neon invertor, cut either the + or - and attach the wires to the toggle switch like this

++++switch+++++

+ = positive wire
