Mystery Box Behind Passenger side Dashboard
I have a 91 Z28 and i looked up under my floor behind the dash board and saw a silver box that is almost similar to the ECM but smaller. I'm not sure what it is and was curious to know what it is. Since i no longer have a factory ECM i'd like to remove the complete VATS system including the black box and etc. Any ideas?

Steve, is it located most towards the pass compartment? If it is, it may be the cruise control computer.

anytime, Steve. And as for the cruise, I personally wouldn't use it becuase you can have it running and go down the road watching your gas gauge go down
