buzzing from under dash?

poped a carbed 350 in my 86 camaro, took the computer out poped in an msd ignition, with dist. and coil. wired everything up, go to turn the car on and i'm get a buzzing from under the dash. turn the key half way i get power to everything its just when i turn the key the start it make that buzzing noise coming from under the dash. what did i do wrong? relay? ignition switch? nutreal safty switch? someone please help, spent 3 years working on this car and its really annoying something this small happens....

the car was carbed from the factory. i found out the noise was the switch. i didnt wire up a relay when i put the B&M shifter in the car, it was the safty switch in the center council. everything is working great now.
