What does this thing do?
Can I remove it if I have NO emmissions control, NO air conditioning, NO electric carbureter, YES HEI vacuum advance distributor, YES 700-R-4 transmission?
Also (if you don't mind),what other electronic
and wires can I get rid of? THANKS
