turn signals???

Engine: 383 Stroker
Transmission: 700R4
turn signals???
Ok guys, I did a search but didn't quite find what I needed. If I missed the fix please drop the thread for me.
Anyway,
My turn signals blink 5 to 7 times normal and then start blinking really fast and then sometimes return to normal or just keep going fast and it is driving me nuts! Both the left and right side do this. I replaced all of the exterior bulbs, checked the fuses and installed a new factory turn signal/wiper switch I had....any ideas?

what about a ghost,check your car for that?

there isnt much left if you checked the fuses,bulbs,etc..would have to be the flasher unit
