Relocating Fuse Box and VATS

I'm putting in a 4th gen dash and I want to move the fuse box to the location for the new dash. Should be a pretty simple wire splicing job, but I am worried about the VATS system. If I extend the wire to I have to worry about the VATS signal getting corrupted and not reading correctly?

How far are you talking about moving the VATS control module and in which direction.

I wasn't planning on moving the VATS module, just the fuse box. On the fourth gen dash its located below the pillar and to the left of the gauges.

Then you should not have a problem with the VATS.

Sweet, thanks!

I was afraid messing with the wires might change the resistance, but I guess not.
