dead car
I recently purchased a 1989 Camaro and the owner told me that the wiring was messed up and the car will not start. The accessory fuse sparks and blows when being inserted. The car alarm is connected and may be causing it not to start. Is it possible to remove the alarm and how? Would removing the alarm allow the car to start? Of course any advice given would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Thank you.

I would advise you to get a wiring diagram. Put the thing back to the state it was from the factory.
After its back to factory like, then you can do mod or just drive it.
as for the alarm, it depends on if wires were spliced or cut completely and the alarm is controling the circuits. but if you can unplug it then its worth a shot.
as for the accessory fuse, that runs a bunch of stuff.
If someone out there has a wiring diagram it would help.
I've got one for a 86 trans am, It would be simmilar, but the one for that car would be best.
good luck
