Thirgen Tech Article Question, Headlights

I was reading the Tech. Article on how to re-wire your headlights.
i have a problem where 1 of my headlights keeps dimming intermittantly with high beams on or off. My question is, what do i ask for when i buy the relays mentioned in the tech article, is there some kind of serial number for that specific relay? or.... is there somthing else i can do to fix the dimming problem without re-wiring the whole system.

The numbers just tell you which prongs are the coil side(control) and which side is the switched(high current).
