Turn signal problems.
Well, here is the story. My buddy has a 89 TA, and his left turn signal like wouldnt work. So i put in a new flasher... And now, when you turn on the left, it turns on the hazards, or the parking lights, because the the instrument lights come on to. I dont know if it was like that before. Could that be something to do with the wiring with his security? The turn signal light is also always on when you turn on the lights. I thought that met a burnt bulb. I thought i checked all the bulbs.. Well, please help, it will be greatly appreciated.

One of two things: either the wrong type of bulb in the left front socket beside the headlight (1156NA instead of an 1157NA); or the bulb has shorted out.
Replace it.
EDIT: Thinking about this today, and since it's a TA, it could be one of the rear bulbs as well. I forgot last night that they had integrated turn/park lights on the rear as well.
