Right turn signal problem

Transmission: Five speed
Right turn signal problem
What would cause the turn signal fuse and relay to blow when my right turn signal is turned on. It will blink fine for like 10 seconds, then stop blinking (turn a solid light), then just completely blow the fuse. Also if I turn on my left turn signal, I have no problems at all. It will blink fine.
