Blowing Taillight/Gauge Fuse

Everytime i turn OFF my headlights, my taillights/dash lights fuse blows. I have replaced the Headlight Switch but that didn't help.

Any Ideas?

It almost sounds like the voltage spike from turning off the lights is causing the fuse to blow, but i suspect you have a problem elsewhere that is causeing that to be a problem. You could try adding a capacitor to the circuit. That might absorb some of the spike and prevent the fuse from blowing.
