What wires did i cut?

Alright if anyone can help me i'd greatly appreciate it. today i was redoing my H4 upgrade to 10 gauge wire instead of 12, well i decided i was gonna change where i had the relays hooked up to. so i seen a green and a brown wire that had a weatherpak connector to connect them. i made sure that they were hot when the headlights were on, and of course they were so i used them. i thought it was my headlight wiring. what is it? when i had ot hooked up all my headlights came on with just the parking lights, im guessing maybe fog lights? or parking lights. those are the only 2 things that i know of that would come on.
