Weird Parking light/turning signal

I'm hoping one of you have seen this problem before & can give me some good pointers.

I'm having problems with my passenger-side (front) parking lamp/turning signal. In the day, if I turn on my right turning signal, I have no indicator on my instrument panel...but the parking light strobes as it should (however, it is signifigantly dim compared to the driver's side).

If I turn my parking lights on, the passenger/front is out. With the parking lights on, if I turn the right turning signal on, I still have no indicator light on my instrument panel. If I go & look, the turning signal will be on (no blinking), but dim.

I have replaced all the bulbs, the flasher, and made sure that the bulbs had a good connection. I'm at my witt's end. Any suggestions to help exile this gremlin?

Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
My guess would be a bad ground or a bad socket up front. The bulb should be a 2057NA.
For the dash, the bulb could be burned out; does it work with the hazards?

No...it doesn't work with hazards either...that very well could be a bad bulb on the instrument panel, I've never replaced those bulbs.

Here is something interesting, though...in the daylight, both signals & corner lamps work correctly (except the passenger front is a lot dimmer)...the front turning signals, corner lamps, & rear signals all illuminate at the same time & go off at the same time.

BUT, when the parking lights are turned on (remember that the parking light isn't working on the passenger side...and the corner lamp is out as well...bulbs are good), and I turn on the right blinker, it reacts as though the parking light is turned off (the front signal, corner lamp, and rear signal all illuminate at the same time) and it is very dim compared to the driver's side.

The wiring looks good.
