want to know if the IAC is suppose 2 be set electronically. if so wahat are the settings?

does the gaset have 2 be sealed with sealant? and what can i mesure it with?

No, the gasket isn't sealed and you would measure the distance with a small ruler. 28MM is about 1 1/8" or you can measure with the metric side of the ruler.

Just make sure it is set to the proper lenght as shown in the picture.
