Dang thing wont Start

I have an 89 IROZ 5.7 350 with a Viper 300+ alarm and after we replaced the starter cycloid the car won’t start. no crank no click no nothing when you turn the key. We’ve taken a multi-meter to it and the cycloid is fine and the starters good as we got it going after manually making the connection. It is behaving like the alarms kill switch is engaged, any suggestions?

Hello gscm75,

Welcome to the board. When you changed the starter solenoid, did you put all the wires back where they were. The purple wire with the small terminal lug goes on the small post marked "S". It is the final link in the ignition circuit. Also check all your connections at the solenoid and battery.
