Drivers Side Headlight Problem

now i'm going on the quote below, tacreationsusa, thats a very reliable source on my problem.

TECH NOTE : 82-86 motors rarely go bad, 90% of the time it is a relay problem. These motors are interchangeable between years, but 82-83 uses 2 separate plugs that have the same wiring. An easy way to test the motors to see if the HTS switches are good is too pull and push on the ****. A clicking should be heard in both directions. No clicking sound means the HTS switch inside is damaged.

TECH NOTE : 87-92 motors have poor factory clutches.
Now from that i have replaced the relay in the drivers side headlight. It worked for a while after i got all the grease out but now..... different times. Twisting the little **** does nothing now, i just tap the relay or jiggle the wires and pumm it goes up. I mean i could even wire up something to giggle it for me but thats far from what i need todo now.

I need to know what the problem may be. Tomorow, i will be checking out that tail light wiring stuff tremendously. I want this fixed very soon.

I get embarassed driving to work and in order to leave having to pop the hood every time.

And also, might it be that there is some ummm problem with my hood binding with the headlight cover. I think that might be a major player in my problem. I need to fix that tomorow.

Can you guys help me? Trickster i know you prolly can.

Thanks a ton,

Shane

I'll try though, that seems like a good answer gotta get my soldering iron out and get at it.

Thats a good idea too, i never thought it could be the connector. Thanks alot man.
