no power what so ever
With a good charge on the battery i get no power in the car what so ever, i checked the fuses under the dash and the one by the battery, it's pretty much safe to say the battery is f.u.b.a.r right ?

Have you checked the fusible links at the starter solenoid, the battery cables and the fusible links in it. All your ground connections?

What happend is i was connecting a wire from the alternator to the starter to recharge the battery because i moved it to the back of the car, i forgot to disconnect the battery and pulled the positive from the starter, it sparked, and so i proceeded to disconnect the positive from the battery. I finsihed and reconnected everything and now i get no power, no fuel pump prime, nothing, simply dead. I dont have any fusable links, going from the battery to the starter, and none from the other hookups that control the ecm ect, i didnt know i needed them, hell i didnt even know they were fuses, i have the distinct feeling i have really ****ed somthing up, what do you think ?

Well, I started to say something about the location of the fusible links and then I noticed that you or a previous owner had removed the original battery cables and moved it to the trunk. Yes you need the fusible links in the circuit to protect it from bad things like this. Check all the wires and see about putting some fusible links in the circuit. Hope you didn't cook the ECM. Even if you cooked the ecm, you would still have lights and such. It does sound like you burned a fusible link or two, the most likely culprits are down off the starter solenoid.

According to his second post, he does not have any fusible links in the system. His battery is in the trunk and ony has straight wires run to it.

Start from the source, and go from there... Is there power at the battery? Is there power at the starter solenoid? Is there power at the fuse box? ecm? alt/gen? That should at least pinpoint the area of concern.
And unless you rewired the whole thing, you do still have fusible links in there.
If you think it is the battery, most auto parts stores will test it for free.... but if the battery was good before this happened, I sincerely doubt that it is the problem.
