sorry about all the new threads ill just keep it to this one. yea i have that book and checked out all those pages. three or four times. im just wondering if im looking for a wire thats cut or touching metal. and is that red wire really making these fuse pops because thats the only thing i can see wrong or out of place. and its a swapped in 350 so would there be any link coming off of the starter or not?

Yes, there are fusible links coming off the starter solenoid as pictured. That red wire is supposed to be on the ACC fuse. These pictures are out of the 85 camaro GM service manual. Now did you check the wires that you said were cut for the radio to see if they were shorting out. Look to see if there is something above the fuse panel making contact somewhere shorting things out.

alright ill check the wire coming off of the starter and route it into the acc fuse. i wrapped off all of the wires for the radio just like you said and i think that might have taken care of my radio fuse from blowing which is good. could the red wire be the reason for this fuse to keep popping
