Testing fusible link

If one side is 12.7 and the other side is 10.6 ...is the fusible link bad? Thanks

yea, I think I know what I did wrong, I don't think I was thru the plastic far enough because I tried it again and its reading correctly, I'm just having wierd electrical problems with this car and trying to figure it out, I have another post about it its a bit up further.....thanks for your help though
