I'm trying to reconnect everything and since it was a month since I pulled the motor I can't remember where anything goes at all. Rather then blow up my battery I'd rather just ask an idiotic question.


The ground from the battery goes to the alternator bracket correct?

And the hot line from the battery goes to the starter?

 

yes the ground can go there or anywhere on the block that will get a ground

and yes the "hot line" or positive cable goes downt to the starter
