I went out and popped my hood today just to check some things real quick, and low and behold my battery is sitting at an angle, half way down into the side of the fender. I thought how lovely. Pulled it out and found not much left of the battery tray. totally rusted away. Strange thing is the rest of my car is basically rust free. I am assuming maybe a battery exploded at one time inside it, or leaked and just corroded the tray away. Luckily, my dad is a certified welder, and we have a mig, so we are going to fix 'er up tomarrow. Just thought id share this info as a heads up to watching your battery tray. :lala:

Got the new "custom" battery try made and migged in today. turned out nice, can't even tell it was redone. :lala: :lala: :lala:
