Anyone know a part Number for the 2 wire connector that plugs into an electric auto trans VSS? The dealer want $25 No junk yards claim to have one, which is also . The parts stores claim not to carry them, which in the past I found with coonectors, that if they claim they don't carry, if I bring in a part number then they seem to be able to find one. So if you have a prt number you can give me that would help out alot. Ive also been offered free Vss connectors from people, but I have to wait at least a month on both until these people switch out ther wiring harneses.

Your best bet in the junkyards is to go look for yourself. The people working in the junkyards are not neccessarily going to know off hand exactly what you are looking for or in some cases really care. At the ones in my area, they tell me to go look and see what I can find, so I do.

I wish I could go look for myself. We don't have any pick your own parts places around here. All the yards around here wont let me go out and look around and claim to not have any f bods in them. What other cars in a yard would have the same vss connector used on ours? ThanX

I have a VSS sensor from a 91 or 92 camaro. I need the 2 wire oval connector that plugs into it. I think any year thirdgen that came with an electric speedo has the same plug.
